Sylvester Stallone who has played the boxer in creed III for decades says goodbye, regretting not being in the third film of Michael B. Jordan’s drama.
The limitless Sylvester Stallone, who has played Rocky in films for decades, will not appear in Creed 3, the third instalment of the spin-off saga starring Michael B. Jordan (Black Panther), news that we already knew but that Sly has reiterated in a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter. A conversation in which the iconic actor regrets not being a part of the trilogy’s conclusion and rails against the “deepest” direction that the spin-off film series has taken: “It’s a sad circumstance because I know what could have been,” Stallone stated.

The basic known plot of Creed III
Creed III will represent Adonis, Apollo’s son, at the peak of his professional career as a boxing champion, while his family life develops positively, at least until his reunion with Damien Anderson, a character who returns from his past after having to serve a long jail sentence and wants his opportunity to prove it all in the ring, at which point Creed’s legacy will be jeopardized.
Creed 3 hits theatres on March 3, 2023, starring Michael B. Jordan and Jonathan Majors.
